Will oil embargo work?

Biden is the weakEST president the US has ever had. (The amazing aspect is that he has only been in office 1 yr.)

Can you provide a counter to this argument?
 
This war will be settled at the negotiating table. If not, Ukraine will be pulverized. Russia has fired like over 625 missiles so far at Ukraine. Putin will not hesitate to fire another 500 missiles at Ukraine if he needs to. With the Tow missiles and Stingers Ukraine got from the US and NATO, it enables the Ukrainians to fight on. However the Russians not able to fight at closer quarters with their tanks at grave danger of the Tow missiles and fighter jets and helicopters vulnerable to Stinger missiles, end up relying on cruise missiles, howitzer rounds from afar and dropping bombs from higher up. Less accurate but, still deadly, once it hits. Civilians will end up the biggest casualties. Sure, the Ukrainians can fight this war of attrition but, guarantees only a higher death toll on the Ukraine side and mostly civilians. Get a deal signed now and end the war. That is the common sense approach. The sanctions are not going to work. Putin is not going to stop now, when he is winning the war. All he has to do is keep firing those cruise missiles.

The only reason Putin attacked the Ukraine is because - Biden is WEAK

The US

1. Absolutely no control over Southern Border
2. Defund The Police - Extreme Lack of Law and Order
3. Smash and Grab become social events
3. Demo's unable to do anything with their majority in both houses
4. Kamala Harris as Vice President

The US = Biden perceived as one of the weakest leaders ever = Extremely Weak.

A predator will usually always attack when the prey is perceived to be weak.
