It is a measure of how incompetent the Justice Department is that he hasn't been prosecuted for corruption. They put poor Duke Cunningham, a fighter pilot ace in vietnam, in federal prison for the DC equivalent of jaywalking but allow this POS Murtha to hand out earmarks to his cronies.
