Will MOC order get filled with uptick?

If there is an uptick, Does a MOC order need an uptick to get filled on the close - Or does the uptick rule only apply to trading hours leading up until the closing auction?

The up tick rule only applies to stocks in a circuit breaker condition.

If rule 201 is in effect then you need an uptick to get filled, and yes this is true for MOC orders too. I've done thousands of MOCs and 99% of the times that I got no fill, it was due to the circuit breaker.
