The US governments responsibility is to provide for the countrys defense, not the economy. They don't produce anything. They can only spend. People work, produce, innovate, and profit. The government taxes the profit and spends it. They produce nothing.
What's Bush going to do? Pass a law that says we're all rich? Maybe he'll give us all money. Where will it come from?
Bush isn't trying to get re-elected. He is doing his job. He knows his place.
 
With all the anti war demonstrations and Georgie not backing down he won't get re-elected at this pace. Especially no one will have money left. Business is just hanging.

uhh yeah, Bush won't get re-elected because there's a bunch of idiots blocking some streets. Get a clue.. :(

There will be people that disagree for absolutely any issue you can think of. No president can get everyone to agree on everything. So, what's your point?
