Will general population give up stocks ?

well this has been an awful year so far. What is the next, no body knows. but I can tell you one thing will be a sure shot.

this is hilarious. it's EXACTLY the same talk as i heard back in 2000 when the naz bubble burst. people said "this generation of investors will never buy equities again", and by 2004 they were buying stocks again. in fact, they bought so much that the sp500 would end up making all-time highs.

do not underestimate the power of greed. it tends to erase memories fairly quickly.
