Will Ferguson Cop Darren Wilson Be Indicted?

Grand jury is meeting to determine whether or not he should be charged in the death of Michael Brown. They always say that you could indict a ham sandwich so do you think he will be indicted, regardless of whether you think he should be or not? I vote yes.

i'm still in shock that they indicted Rick Perry. .

Sadly I believe he will be indicted. The prosecutor has the ability to only present the facts that are convenient to his case to a grand jury while ignoring all the facts that clear the suspect. Due to this, in nearly 100% of cases grand juries indict.

I expect that the justice system will take a good amount of time with the grand jury process. When the grand jury comes back to either indict or not indict ... this serves as another flash point for the mob. I expect the government wants some time to pass before this happens, hoping that the out of town agitators go home.
