LOL @ the guy saying that the smarter people are democratic. Then explain why the more prominent areas of the country are Republican and the poorest areas are democratic? I know you're going to say that smarts has nothing to do with who's doing well financially and poor. But the point is --- if democrats are so smart, how come they aren't able to lift themselves out of their poor conditions?

One has to discriminate between poor minority dems and the white dems. If one were compare the whites of the two parties it's no contest. The white dems are smarter.
I can't argue with that necessarily because as I measure smarts (being able to make a living in the world), a lot of white democrats fair much better than minority democrats.
