They can just realign the budgets especially, when talks about raising the debt ceiling is about to come. Cut all the excess pork and the massive subsidies to green energy. That is another huge waste. Green energy is limited in quantity and very hard to harness, making it very expensive which extreme liberals do not mention. Having worked for an oil company where we researched alternative green energy, what they tell you is all bunk and nonsense. They cannot replace crude oil, just like that or they would have done so, already, 20, 30, 40 years ago.
They can easily take the money meant for enforcement and use it for enforcement technology NOT new agents.
