In Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, China and many other Asian countries law courts allocate exactly half of all wealth that was built during the marriage to either spouse. I can only repeat, a man who does not value the contributions of his spouse during the marriage married the wrong spouse or should have never gotten married.

Again NOT true. I dunno about Hong Kong, Japan or Korea but at least in China, the wife only gets 1/2 of the assets IF the husband has been infidel and the wife has to catch him red-handed with solid evidence otherwise the wife could get nothing.

The way the woman automatically gets child support even if she stole the guy's "goods" and impregnated herself with it and the wife automatically gets 1/2 of the assets no matter in the West is not always fair. Everybody and every case is different and should be adjudicated as such.

In a climate where women initiate 75% of divorces with a divorce rate of over 40%, I don't blame men for not wanting to get married. What rational man would choose to put himself in a situation where there's a 40% chance that he'll lose control over what happens to the fruits of his own labor, especially when the external forces making the decisions about what happens to his wealth are biased against him.

First of all, honestly I wasn't talking about Trump. Plenty of people made lot more contributions and lot more wonders for mankind than Trump. But even Trump, his family/personal life is actually managed quite well, lot more in order than I would say the majority of Americans. All of his children get along with each other, at least in public, none of those suing each other for this and that in open court like we see with many rich families, all of them except maybe Tiffany all working actively to support themselves, even advising their father, none of those Paris-Hilton style parasitic behavior, even the wives didn't exhibit any of those Stormy Daniels crap, going to the public trying to sabotage Trump, not even Marla Maples. And Trump himself, has vowed to leave no inheritance to his children instead donating all to charities. So this is probably why he's been voted in to lead a country, albeit by a minority of population according to you. LOL

If you marry someone of equal intelligence/motivation as yourself you don't have to worry about your precious being taken from you by an evil woman because she would have contributed half of what you both accomplished together. Won't help with the cooties though, you still gotta watch out for those.

Your point re China is incorrect but I should have been more specific: a wife cannot just walk away from a marriage, file for divorce and claim 50% unless there is a valid reason such as infidelity or domestic abuse (proof required) However if the guy walks out and the wife sues she can claim 50% and does not have to prove a thing. Most law courts in China will follow the general 50% guideline.

The Western countries I think of never automatically allocate child support or the right to keep a child to the divorced/divorcing wife. It depends on who had the closer ties to the child, who signed responsible in the past for spending more time with the child, the mental and physical fitness/ability to raise the child going forward, and a number other factors. I know of a guy whose wife considered separating from him in [fill in name of Asian city] , they have kids. She is Japanese. She planned to move back to Japan but if he had prevented her from taking the kids back to Japan there would not have been much she could have done. The courts would have sided with keeping the kids with him because despite him working full time and her being mostly at home he showed great care for the kids, spent lot of time before and after work with the kids and also spent most of the weekends with the kids. Also the kids had ties with the city as they attended international school there.

A majority of women initiate the divorce proceedings so you surmise its their fault? Poor guys...no fault on their own? How would you know that? You are just making wild assumptions not much more.

May I give you some advice while growing up: when a man gets married to a wife each one's fruit of labor is shared/combined. That is how most law courts look at it and it is perfectly valid. If a man does not respect his wife as an equal in the marriage then perhaps as I said already, he should be a sugar daddy, aka hiring a prostitute and not get married.

Some guys here have very odd views of marriage,women, and life. Nobody asked you to get married to a bitch or gold digger. And if you can't be satisfied with one wife/woman then for fuxxs sake, don't get married.

CLEARLY you're uncomfortable with men being strong and powerful in their own right and you can't stand the thought that you won't be validated by women for your white knighting and virtue signalling, and still maintain any level of respect for men who are just being healthy, well adjusted men. I'm sure when you've got your legs crossed at the knee and you're pontificating with your lady friends over the latest new findings about commitment being discussed on "The View" you're quite the charmer and fop and they reward you for lap dog behavior with a few crumbs of reassurance that you aren't, in fact, just a weak simp who does their bidding. People here are analytical, grown, real men, who aren't ashamed of themselves, their masculinity, and don't feel they need to apologize for having male sex parts. Men here are happy being men, they feel that men's issues and men's desires are important, being half the population, and the real men here don't care about your tender sensibilities on these subjects. You want to hold your woman's purse, that's okay with us, you want a pat on the head every time you say what she and her girlfriends want to hear, that's okay with us too, but don't stand here and act like you speak for any actual men when you go off on these tangents.
