I'm sorry but I don't get it. I lived in Saudi Arabia for a number of years, and found that the Saudis were pro American, yet also respectful of Arab concerns. To me, I found them quite moderate.
Now, I went to Israel, and also have great respect for the Jewish culture, and the jewish people. However, I have to say that the American government has come out strongly on the side of Israel due to lobbyists/votes.
The Arab states i.e. KSA, Dubai, UAE, Oman, even Iraq were quite moderate but also had/have a great deal of wealth and their dealings with North America lead to financial gain for North America.
In contrast, on a purely economic view, dealings with Israel lead to a drain on the North American economy as it meant vast amounts of money to prop up Israel. Now Russia is yet again mobilizing against the West as Israel, the jews in Europe, and North America demand more and more.....ie. vast amounts of money from Poland "for the Holocaust".
Please don't get me wrong, I have had good relations with jewish people, many are friends. But I happen to know that many of my jewish friends, do not support the war mongering of Israel.
Just my 2 cents. I am tired of constant war. There are win/win situations in this world. A country which seeks to expand at the expense of all others is Imperialistic...the next world power...?Israel. Somehow, I doubt it. This would surely upset countries like China, and India, who would not want the world bowing to Jewish supremacy.

As a member of Amnesty International, there has been criticism of Israels' actions.
Human rights and dignity must prevail....when they do not, negative consequences result.
I support diversity. Religious tolerance i.e. respect for Christianity has been attacked by Jewish lobbyists. I believe in a world where there is tolerance for ALL. If Jews want respect, they must also respect others. I do believe in personal responsibility and am not an advocate of the "victim mentality".. My family were victims of the Holocaust...but they have move on with their lives and do not harbour vendettas.

Of course according to Ron Paul no less, we give more money to the arab countries than to Israel. Of course Israel buys our goods and services (military and other) and is our staunchest ally while the arab world sells us oil at $90 a barrel (at about 1000% profit) and breeds terrorism and anti-American hatred in mosques and madrassas.
That must be why Israel completely withdrew from Gaza, Lebanon, offered virtually all of the West Bank to Arafat. Of course Arafat did not accept the offer as he did not want 96% of the West Bank and 4% of Israel, he wanted 100% of the West Bank and 100% of Israel. Oh those imperialistic jews and pacifistic arabs.
As a member of Amnesty International you may consider stopping Qassam and Katusha rocket attacks against Israeli civilians. How about that? Or if you prefer you may want to concentrate on Darfur and hundreds of thousands of innocent people killed by Muslim extremists... Or beheadings in Iraq, executitons of teenagers in Iran and public hangings of women in Saudi Arabia...
Or how about small things like woman's right to drive and not to cover her face in Saudi Arabia? Or a right to preach Christianity (or any other religion) in the muslim world in the name of religious tollerance you're so concerned about. But then according to you they are quite moderate already, aren't they?

While your statement is absurd to begin with, which part of it demonstrates that Israel has an imperialist agenda that the previous idiot was claiming.
Can we agree that Israel having withdrawn from Gaza and Lebanon (for whatever reasons) and having offered virtually all of the WB and parts of Israel to Arafat is not an imperialist power and people insisting that it is are clueless idiots?
When was the last time you travelled, let alone lived in this region? Many of my friends are either living in this region or are there regularly for business....sorry to say. What do you base your understanding on.....?the American media...fox news?
