Why Wall Street Traders Are On The Decline

I actually don't like the internal combustion engine, it's a dirty and ancient idea. But horse and buggy for long-distance travel would suck. If you were asking.
%%
Actually horse fertilizer is more useful than internal combustion waste; but streets are much cleaner, now that WMT sells horse/cattle cr*p. LOL+true. As far as WS traders; longest term trend favors investors, but MS + GS, BAC still make a mint sometimes. C bank+ TSLA looks like cr*p again, but with 58 minutes /= to close I cant read trader's minds .LOL......................................................................

I think AI (Artificial Intelligence) would be optimized, and eventually squeezes humans out of the day trading game or it'd act on opportunity much more quicker and leaves 1 or 2 cents for human traders to sniff on (just like IBM Watson played Jeopardy against humans, we had no chance against the machine. computer also plays chess better than human. it's able to think 4 or 5 steps ahead. it also analyzes and weigh in different moves at the same time.

I've dated a couple. Smart, very sharp, but totally nucking futs. Mainly the reason (my theory) is that you need to be more man than the horse if that makes sense. It doesn't make sense to me, but I think it makes sense to them in their heads.

let's be honest, you read on the misc and are now spreading the meme

I also dated a woman who ran 20 miles a day or something ridiculous like that. She wasn't crazy, but I'm not sure who would have been man enough for her. Her filter was that he also had to run 20 miles a day haha. I only did 5 or 10 at the time.

It's moving more into automation for sure but you still need people to code, strategize, etc.
Some of the big banks are also moving more into wealth management and cutting trading desks after the risks of 2008. Becomes more portfolio management than proprietary trading

thats true...
ergo i am trying to change my career path..
after 30 years of application engineering and hard for me to find a job
I am getting into a new language (Python), and coding for Quantiacs, and Quantopian
not to mention trying to leverage my TitanX system to do AI..

have to earn somehow...
and what if trading isnt enough?
