Why US abortion 20% higher than France's, especially most doctors won't perform them?

Why do we have an abortion rate 20% higher than Frances? Oh i dont know...maybe its because its easier to survive on Minimum wage over there and take care of a family. Min wage in france is 12 bucks per hour(at a $1.36 exchange rate).

Do you think if all of a sudden everyone who was making minimum wage here & thinking about getting an abortion, suddenly got a 65% wage increase, that ALL of those people would still get an abortion?

There are also other factors to include in demographics, like the fact that the United states is one of the most sexually perverse countries in the world. It #2 in the entire world in the amount of rapes per 100k people. Its the largest buyer of pornography in the world, and more muders happen in the united states every year than the amount of soldiers killed in IRAQ in the last 7 years.

In fact I remember reading an article written in January of last year that there were more murders in the city of Chicago than soldier deaths in Iraq in 2008. More murders in 1 city, than in an entire country at war.

What does that tell you about the value that Americans put on human life? If they kill that many living humans, surely they are not going to feel bad about killing unborn humans that many people say arent even human yet. Health care will not reduce # of abortions...Im certain it will only increase it, because of how immoral this country is.

Where the hell did I say that I'm in favor of it? I was just saying thats one part of the reason there is less abortion there. I also said part of the reason was that we have a huge amount of people that watch porn which makes them more sexually active, and puts more rapists out on our streets, not to mention we have more murderers.

How did you get that i was in favor of higher minimum wage and not in favor of porn,rape, and murder? I didnt say anything different between the two...I just gave statistics.

I guess thats what "Freethinkers" do...they come to conclusions that are dead wrong. Just like you with abortion and healthcare.

Thanks for the concern about my place with my "religious wingnut buddies" though.
 
Hah in Europe, abortion is not even a political issue, i read once in the general elections in the UK, a candidate of the conservative party tried to bring it up and he was derided as a cuckoo bird.
