Without addressing whether ISM today should be interpreted as good or bad, $ down from risk off today. IOW unwinds of leveraged directional crowded trades.
Probably because it decreases the likelihood of a Fed rate hike in the near future?

I wonder iss the ISM the only factor that affects USD? And why you assume they are absolutely correlated? It depends on many factors and the DYNAMICS of change in data, not just positiveness or negativeness.
