I enjoy TikTok... for TikTok. I don't think Instagram should work or look like TikTok. Instagram is fading because it is riddled with advertisements and does not offer users what they want to view. Instead, your feed is clogged with the garbage that other people follow and like. If they want people to use Instagram, they should make it enjoyable. Instead, they only care about how addicting it is, https://bulkfollows.com says. When something more addictive and fun comes along, they're screwed because people don't have loyalty to Instagram since it's predicated on taking as much as possible and giving as little.

Biggest part is definitely short format in my opinion, but also there are this algorithm that keeps recommending you more and more of "similar" stuff, and since it's just 10 seconds - people keep watching it. It basically surrounds you with content "you're okay with" in a bite-sized format.
