Clearly you've never been in a fist fight. If a bully gets challenged to a fight in front of the whole school and doesn't accept the fight, man to man, then that guy bitched out. The school would also laugh at him if this same bully spoke up and said "I will NOT fight you unless we can add another fighter to the fight"

His Stage 1 behavior has been extreme -- especially his ingratiation -- even for a koolaid drinker.
