I think I have seen this Ken name pop up in the past-but it made no great impact on my brain-but that is to be expected.

Looks like you have really wasted the last 20 years-and a few more by the looks of it as well.

It's because he can't think of anything intelligent to say on his own. So he comes on the Board and acts like a big blowhard, lies, plagarizes professional traders, and acts like he knows far more about the markets than he actually does ... yep, he's a natural Hershey Stooge allright! :p :D :)
