Jack claims ScottD is still working on Cashcow... even though ScottD's last post on ET was in March, 2009 and in it he said that Cashcow 1.2, which had been certified by Jack, was not consistently profitable. I quoted that post here when I asked ScottD for an update (still waiting):

At least ScottD had the sense to know the system was time waster and a money loser (yep, that's the definition of a boondoggle in case anyone wants to look it up.
