Why have you not deleted all of Jack's off-topic posts. This is not a JH bootcamp thread. It's about the OPs method which is only loosely based on what he has read about SCT. If JH wanted to start a boot camp he should have started his own thread. The OP has been forced off his own thread by JH and followers with support from moderators. Why don't you practice what you preach and move all the OT posts by Jack and co. to another thread or delete them.
