Why TA does not work

TA is a great sales tool.

Draw some lines that a 6 year old could understand, and it generates flow.

Most of that flow pays the spread.

So, TA works just fine :D

Well stated. Perhaps this is why TA units in banks, when there is such a thing, are generally part of the marketing department rather than research. TA is yesterday's news, made popular by the PC, for the masses that are looking for the easy way. Wize trade is the ultimate manifestation of easy TA, red light green light. However, some believe they have special powers and abilities not available to mere mortals thus it works for them.

So what about all those similiar set ups that failed and price went through support?.It works fine in highly supported and manipulated markets.

Put that same set up on a stocks that are not so popular , have low market cap and illiquid ...and compare it.

Anybody that use t/a must know how to apply it ,when to apply it and where to apply it.

An ideal support is where price goes below support and the fall is rejected , to see an immediate reversal.
