Some of those people making 30-40K will already be getting raises or bonuses. The bill was just passed and WFC, BOA, Comcast, AT&T, Boeing 5th 3rd just for starters announce their plans.

2.Most people don't work for those companies
3.Corporations have proved time and time again they wont do the right thing.Most Corporations already had massive profits and are flush with cash, they didn't need a tax cut to do right by their employees.Corporations will temporarily throw out some scraps to employees to fool right wing idiots while saving billions and billions in taxes year after year until democrats repeal it.
