Why Pearl Harbor was deception.

Quote from Pa(b)st Prime:

Of course. Everyone knows Japan attacked us for no reason.

This guy does a good job of shitting on FDR's legacy.

So you believe the attack on Pearl Harbor was warranted and a
good deed by the Japs. Well I guess dropping A-bombs on their
heads was a good deed too!

And as far as whoever this guy is who thinks he is crapping on FDR's
legacy, well... I don't believe a word he says.

No I don't think an attack is hardly ever warranted. That being said I'm glad we nuked those yellow bastids....

You can search and find VOLUMES on FDR's war mongering.

FDR embargoed Japan-JAP was out of fuel at the time of Pearl Harbor-, he froze JAP assets held in the U.S., he had the Navy swarming over them in the Pacific, all while lying to America about how he was a peaceful man in a world of aggression.

He was a piece of shit.

He was a socialist, a war mongerer, an adulterer and a traitor.

And why did FDR have an embargo on Japan? I am sure he didn't
do that for no good reason. Wasn't Japan like killing lots of Chinese
people or something to that effect? You know, kind of like Hitler
was mass murdering lots of Jews in Europe?

Maybe I have my history wrong?...

A few provocative acts out of many:

21/01/1941 The USA informs the Soviet Union that the "moral embargo" imposed on it after its 1939 attack on Finland no longer applies.

15/03/1941 Roosevelt broadcasts to the nation announcing ‘the end of compromise with tyranny’.

26/07/1941 America freezes all Japanese assets in the US.

17/09/1941 The US allocates $100,000,000 to the Soviet Union for the purchase of war materials.

How does Roosevelt's supposed "Anti-tyrannism" translate to supporting other tyrannic powers in China and in the Soviet Union, all before the United States entered the war? The Nanking Massacre was bad but nothing compared to Stalin's "Great Purge", no historian disputes that and FDR knew it. Real Japanese brutality towards the Chinese and other people started after the US already entered the war, not before.

Official Statistics of Democide:

Mao Zedong (Chinese communist leader) - From 1923–1976, murdered 77,000,000 civilians.

Joseph Stalin (Russian communist dictator) From 1929–1953, murdered 43,000,000 civilians.

Adolf Hitler (German Nazi dictator) From 1933–1945, murdered 21,000,000 civilians.

Hideki Tojo (Japanese president) From 1941–1945, murdered 4,000,000 civilians.

Stalin was much worse than Hitler, and Hideki Tojo was the least murderous of all 4. Yet, Stalin, was best buddies with "freedom loving" FDR.

So up that point it was kind of like a picnic when it came to the
Japanese and the Chinese. Oh, okay, I see...

And Hitler was kind of having his own nice picnic in Europe...:p

Quote from Brandonf:

World War II is without a doubt a war that had to be fought, and one that without American's intervention would have been a victory for the bad guys.

Uhm, nonsense.

Check how Hitler was getting his oil and who was the main supplier. Once that was cut off, the war outcome was sealed.

Something like 80% of Hitler's force was on the Soviet front. Once he was repelled at Moscow, the tide turned. At best, there would have been a stalemate, but then, once again, how would Hitler get his oil? He made a costly run for the Caucasus and failed.

A war machine is not easy to build. A look into which industrial companies were in 1930s Germany should show you the real American intervention.

Pabst, when you use these kinds of racist epithets, it's easy to conclude that you're the piece of shit.

Why? Are Hawaiian's yellow also? :p

All kidding aside Hapaboy, I'm very much an admirer of the Japanese.

I believe FDR caused Pearl Harbor.

Yea I'm glad we were victorious against Japan,. Not because of yellow skin or because we were "right" but because winning beats the hell out of losing.......

Uh, okay, and let me guess - some of your best friends are black...? Oh wait, you probably didn't understand that. Some of your best friends are n_g___s??

you seem to be ignoring the fact Japan had occupied parts of china in an ongoing expansionist military campaign since around 1910, or earlier. Not to mention historical claims on korea.
