Why Old Traders Are So Strange

Quote from Samadhi:

yes, seems to be some link between the nicotine receptor/ach receptor and the behavioral/emotional issues. As nicotine has shown to pacify ppl with neurotic issues, especially schizophernics and manics,so be it for a short time. GABA and L-glycine also seem to be a major role in neurotransmittor activity, both critical in drug develpment that are used for above diseases.
Neurochemistry/Biology of the Brain was a fascinating subject in school,we are just looking at the tip of the Iceberg it seems.

Quote from Ticketwatcher:

I got cellphones when they first came out. I had them for five or six years and I haven't had one for about ten years. I call a life without a watch and a cellphone, freedom. People think I am strange for not being wireless, but just what are the effects of cellphones? Would I be stranger in the long run if I kept them? Personally, I consider it very very strange for a man to be standing in front of the toliet paper in the grocery store, talking into a strange little device about which toliet paper to buy.

Thinking about not carrying the cell anymore and confining it to the car. Deep sixed the watch >30 years ago cause the Dead told me to.
