Why Nyse stocks ?????

I play naz stocks in size, mm's will try to run stops, use this to your advantage. You have to play off the larger reality( daily charts) with large vol. Currently, MSFT, AMGN, AMAT, LLTC and MANU has been good. I use realtick reserve orders. I'm a swing trader who has been scalping cause it's there.

limbo, don't be so thin skinned, no offense i just don't buy that larger than life BS. cmon, by his own admission
he's wrong 80% of the time. seems all he is doing is buying/stopping out repeatedly until the thing
reverses. and no need to invoke the supernatural in his executions, he admits he simply fires off
a market order without a care as to the price he gets. so i ask you, what's the big deal? where's the "gift
from the heavens?" the willingness to take on huge risk is the only "gift" i see.

I feel more comfy in listed stocks. Knowing there is a buffer, however thin at times, between myself and oblivion, is worth something. I feel comfortable trading size on listed when I couldn't possibly with OTC stuff (IART on Friday). Call me crazy, but as opportunistic as many speciatlists may be, they act as a buffer to the manipulation and chaos that exists with an "unbuffered" market. I routinely take 5-8K on listed because I know there is a panic button if I need it, no lube needed for the most part.

"There is far more on heaven and earth than in your Philososphy my dear Horatio"-(I may be off a bit here)--SHAKESPEARE---I don't know FPC maybe this applies? To tired to pursue further now-maybe later.

i simply ask you to support your comments and you bring me "horatio".

am i asking too much of you?

RPC, if BMY was on the nas, I probably wouldn't have taken it in the first place. On the nas, stocks aren't as "solid" s/r isn't as defined. They'll blow stops all over the place.

s/r levels on some NYSE stocks can cause unusual price swings when violated, because the specialist will exploit the conditions when they exist. I am sure many traders have seen NYSE stocks with an average spread of .1 - .2 for example, once it breaks an important level either way, will immediately be repriced by the specialist in that direction by .4 -.8 of a point, filling several thousand shares of stops - the unlucky ones - and quickly recede close to the breakout/breakdown level.

Specialists and MMs with a deep book will push a stock over an important s/r level when they know they can immediately trade out at a profit.

What do you mean "blow stops"? Do you mean stops triggered once price has broken through an s/r level? If so, then the s/r is rather well defined, "solid", contrary to your comment.
