Why not just trade to make your money?

That's the reason I'll never be a trading teacher unless I'm hiring those traders.
It's far more lucrative, and easier, to trade your way to riches...then it is to try to make some money selling and convincing people to buy your shit. 
(both ways are rather difficult, don't kid yourself on that...but one way is more...instant.)
I've always believed in that saying though: Those who can do...Do; Those who can't...Teach.
...this kind of reminds me of Long Term Capital Management in the late 90's that went bust. The so-called genius founders...are now teaching (useless) economic theory in colleges instead of actually trading.

I know several profitable individuals who teach for the pleasure of teaching. Some of them are also entrepreneurs and manage companies unrelated to trading.
The more different ways you can make money, the better.
One of the most brilliant traders I ever met not only trades for himself, but also works as a lawyer and manages hedging for companies that work with foreign currency.

I have done that and have also taught some, and when they have done well for a year, I give them small amount to trade for me and pay them a percentage, they get easy way to start 401k and tax advantages besides a job if they have one, I get easy way to make extra, and they keep learning as I show them longer term approaches. Win-Win.
I have always laughed at that software with the Green and Red for $5,000, like it was that easy, anyone ever buy it and worked?
Money and Money is the first choice of every person either it is easy or difficult to gain .They think forex an easy way of earning .I do not think like it .I trade to make just 2% profits. If I get it is is a big success. Having this target I feel no tension of chasing , I want to remain comfortable with trading.
Forex isn't beatable, is the conclusion after YEARS of trying, not intraday scalping wise anyway, I didn't become profitable until I started to trade the DAX.
Forex has too many longer like weeks and even months, where it pretty much doesn't move at all, makes you just spin and waste money, today looks okay annoyingly on EurAud!!
