Didn't the SCOTUS rule against Obama's actions on many occasions.... and Obama said, "FU" and did it anyway? No hysterics about that from the Left or MSM either.

I think you're on a roll. The important thing to keeping your world view intact is to choose your headlines carefully and not look to closely at the text that follows. Unless, of course, it's Breitbart or another alternative fact equivalent. In that case, you're safe reading the whimsy behind the headline.
