probably very few people who could use it as a proper hedge.
They keep saying there is no end in site for record rising house prices as they keep moving higher and higher. The trajectory cannot be sustained. Eventually buyers will tire out and stop chasing record prices.....again you can thank the fed for this, the unlimited money printing the last 3 decades is creating stocks, housing prices and all assets to rise significantly....and everyone thinks it can just keep going and going. ....we have read this story before. Remember that.
Well, it's always the Wall Street fees, isn't it? They just can't resist taking a big bite out of our real estate profits.
Give it a little more thought next time.
