Why isn't the media covering the killing of an unarmed white youth by a black police officer?

The case of Michael Brown, the unarmed, black teenager shot and killed by a white police officer, continues to make headlines weeks after the incident sparked riots and outrage in Ferguson, Missouri, and prompted a national debate.

Meanwhile, the case of Dillon Taylor, an unarmed, white 20-year-old shot and killed by a black policeman outside a 7-Eleven in Utah has received virtually no media coverage beyond local news reports.

Where is Obama on this?

An Arizona shooting instructor has died after a 9-year-old student accidentally shot him in the head.

Charles Vacca, 39, was pronounced dead on Monday, according to a press release from the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. Vacca was an instructor at Bullets and Burgers, an outdoor shooting range about 25 miles away from Las Vegas, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Investigators say he was shot with an automatic Uzi around 10 a.m. Monday while teaching a 9-year-old to use the gun. When she pulled the trigger, recoil sent the weapon flying over her head.

Vacca was airlifted to a Las Vegas hospital where he died of his injuries.

The girl was at the range with her parents, according to Fox 5.

Well duh!
If Obama had a son, it wouldn't look a no fucking white boy.
:)

It also appears the Utah cop's is in deep shit internally. ie, bad shooting. Since I don't tune in to the msm, is he in trouble? Do I need to ask if the msm has given this 12 attoseconds? (had to look that up, lol) Even Fox News is blatantly guilty of running from this story, and that's disgusting to anyone with common sense! Oh well, I'm sure Eric holder will be there soon to investigate the black officer...

Oh, forgot to ask. How many white people are burning down neighborhoods, looting clothes, tv's, etc., and shooting holes in cop cars? "Anyone? Anyone? Bueller..."

If you want media coverage BEYOND local news reports...you need organization, social media and a lot of public anger or possibly riots to get the TV media from around the world similar like coverage as ferguson.

I remember once hearing about a white kid beaten on a bus by black youths. It was all over the social media, parents "held" a news conference, contacted organization across the U.S., parents openly voiced their anger and within hours many individuals were walking peacefully down the street demanding justice.

Then just a few months later, a black youth gets beaten on a bus by white youths. The parents were closed lip, beating occurred on a bus during inactive late night run (only a few witnesses that seem to not care) and then when the media showed up at the house of the beaten kid...parents and kid didn't want to talk even though the kid's face looked like he had taken a beating from a professional boxer. Only a handful of people stood outside the city court in protest with their signs demanding justice. Outside of the local news...there wasn't any news of such.

My point, if you want outrage and media coverage beyond your local news...you gotta market it (seriously) especially on social media and it really helps a lot if the local media has existing strong relationships with media outside their area.

Isn't it sad that if you want justice...its dependent upon how loud you can yell and whom you tell.
