J jonbig04 Jun 8, 2009 #1 I'm a Forex noob. I trade ES during the day and would like to watch something at night. For some reason every chart I open moves. really. slow. Why is this? Is it simply because there is no centralized exchange? Is this just the nature of Forex?

K KrispyKreme50 Jun 8, 2009 #3 Forex, like ES, tends to be less active at night, but EUR/USD usually picks up around 12-1 A.M.
