Yeah, i totally agree, these internet lynchings are getting ridiculous, it just shows how sick we really are as a society.

Make no mistake-- factory farming is far worse in scope, suffering and just plain nastiness than any big game bow and arrow hunt. Why is senile mia farrow not protesting these torture chambers of her beloved animal brothers and sisters??

I don't understand folks flipping out--- don't they understand that a large portion of the $$ this guy payed to shoot the lion goes to conservation of lions and habitat preservation? How much have the moronic lion lovers given to save the lions? For 99% it is ZERO-- MORONS!

Obviously, if the guy did something illegal, he should be prosecuted-- but what is happening is moronic.

I have no interest in killing any animal, but i do understand that it is generally hunters who contribute the most to saving the species they target individuals of.

No excuse but lion seldom live past 14 years in the wild-- this one was about to die anyway, you wimps.

True, but there is a lot of opposition to that mode of food production, too, and has been for a long time. Many documentaries devoted to it.

Lol @ cute cows. There are serious issues all around the environment. Oceans choking on plastics. In today's news, rivers choking on human waste. You're right about anthropomorphizing lions, but they are easier than whole ecosystems.

And I will add, doesn't deserve any peace. I have no mercy in my heart for most of the human species. We deserve every bit of hell we've created for ourselves. We grow up tearing the wings off flies, and eventually end up chopping up the unborn for fun and profit. Everything in-between gets slaughtered in the process. We as a race of beings put very little forward thinking thought into our actions and how those actions will impact everything around us.
Fuck this guy. Whatever shit comes his way, he deserves it and more.
