why is there no more "IOC" order type on TWS?

a few days ago i saw a post saying NYSE dropped "IOC" order type. I checked IB, indeed no IOC order anymore, even for nasdaq and amex symbols.
 
I think you or the post are mistaken.
IOC orders must be executable orders when entered or they will be rejected.

No comment about this IOC order.

But I have seen
some brokerage firm which had things like
bracket order , stop order for a particular financial product.
Then later, they removed the bracket order, stop order due to whatever reasons !
Till today, I can't use bracket order, stop order from that brokerage firm for a particular product.
