The obvious logical fallacy here is the assertion that skin color is the only component of race. It's a scientific fact that race is more than skin color. However....
Why do you guys feel the need to kill straw men here? No one here said anything about any race, or "skin color" being "more noble", "smarter", or any of the bogey man terms you used. No one made those assertions, so why are you trying to argue against them?
As far as "social cancers of the earth", multiculturalism seems to be at the top of that list...
The fact that you hate yourself and your ethnic identity so much, that your low self esteem makes you want to pretend like "race doesn't exist" and illusions of the like is pretty pathetic. I feel very sorry for you; that you feel so ashamed of your ethnic/racial identity so much so that you want to pretend it doesn't exist..
Racial identity tied to happiness, study finds
EAST LANSING, Mich. â Black people who identify more strongly with their racial identity are generally happier, according to a study led by psychology researchers at Michigan State University.
The study, funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, appears in the current issue of Cultural Diversity and Ethnic Minority Psychology, a research journal published by the American Psychological Association.
âThis is the first empirical study we know of that shows a relationship between racial identity and happiness,â said Stevie C.Y. Yap, doctoral candidate in psychology at MSU and lead researcher on the project.
Previous research has found a relationship between racial identity and favorable outcomes such as self-esteem, Yap said, but none has made the link with happiness.
The study also explored the reasons behind the connection. Yap said it may be fueled by a sense of belongingness â that is, blacks with a strong sense of racial identity may feel more connected to their racial group, which in turn makes them happy.
This sense of belongingness is especially important for happiness in women, Yap said.
âFor men, the potential factors relating identity to happiness is still an open question,â he said.

Quote from olias:
Glad we have so many enlightened thinkers on this site. It's not just black people, it's caucasians with dark tans as well.
all you dopes that hold onto the idea that any color of skin is 'more noble', 'smarter', 'harder working', 'better' than any other are the cause of one of the biggest social cancers on this Earth.
that you hold on to these myths advertises your own low self-esteem. You need to hold onto these illusions to make you feel better about yourself. Pretty pathetic.
