Some brokers have Currenex platform which they offer to clients for ECN spot trading. Can't speak for them as the spreads and costs will vary from broker to broker as each will have different liquidity agreements between banks and such. ADM, MF Global, GFT, FXCM and CapitalForex Pro (London).
