I don’t get too much into this stuff. Intergalactic space travel and inter dimensional crossings is a little above my engineering and physical knowledge.
We know Russians are developing low flying supersonic technology and both the Russians and Chinese are messing around with microwaves. A lot of these weapons are being designed to attack technological infrastructure.
But, aliens. I guess that works too. Who knows.
I am not making a statement or inferring where the craft are from or who made them. A country could have very well made them.
Again, my point is with the technology that these craft are displaying, fusion energy would be as elementary as 1 + 1 = 2 for whoever designed them. It would be really fucked up for a country to withhold that technology.
If it is Russian or China, the US military is no match against that military. It would be like a bb gun against a nuclear warhead.

Russia is unlikely, they aren't as advanced as they pretend to be. China, maybe the Israelis, even a deep cover shadow government of our own, but still, how can this be kept so secret for so long? Hell, it might be atmospheric anomalies we just don't understand yet, but that also seems a stretch.
