Why Is The Obvious Not So Obvious?

On page 42 nysestocks says :
On page 44 he says :
Someone has actually got the "N"
I will however, not say which one yet, as it should now be "obvious" after my gambling posts!
Every suggestions inbetween are here listed :
Based on that and the arrow, I would tend to say "No following" maybe.
( Though in my mind I was thinking to "No opportunity" )

yeah, i was thinking on no Action as the stage in the process (and the picture) seems to indicate the need for further verification, but No Opportunity makes also perfect sense. anyway the whole diagram is very interesting and the one that especially got me thinking is the 6th one...i had a look at few charts and it seems to be very useful...
