Why Is The Obvious Not So Obvious?

The 10:25 PT bar is flashing a long for 10:30. I should add that this system tends to whipsaw in low volatility. Also it is not tuned for ES, being an NQ system. And I don't trade ES. Just trying to get into the spirit of communal action.
Edit: The system indicated a long at 1348.5 at 10:30 PT. Glad I'm not trading it. I loathe low volume days, and haven't traded since the first half hour.

there are 6 bars each 1/2 hour. The numbers of these bars are 6, 12, 18, 24, etc on to 81 the third bar after 4:00PM
I label every 6th bar and my log has two columns one for time of end of bar and one for bar #.
Bar 46, my reversal from short to long was @ 13:20 on my time scale. This was the end of the third move of the trend from bar 21 onward.
today is an advanced beginner level day. I am not carving turns, etc in my posts.
I am just calling the turns and providing, prior to the call the context of the market. I trade using volume.

Thanks for 'splainin. My bullshit system doesn't use volume. And I wouldn't trust it even to trade NQ with it. The one-minute version works pretty well though. For the example you gave, my price-only system is lagging yours by one bar. Chart attached.

I entered short.
I took profits on bar 3 and washed on bar 4.
This means on bar 3 I reversed long as the tick apporached a wall. The wall at the top of bar 4 was not breached so I did a wash reversal to go back into the dominant.
I took profits on bar 8
On bar 21, I had the EE signal and I used the VO/OV relationship at the end of the bar 21. OV was zip and bar 21's VO was huge. So I was cheating using leading indicators (OV/VO) to "carve".
As you can see i played the PACE change on the market after that reversal. today I am not going to go for every tick so I did not trade the retrace I called nor the end of the retrace I called.
I traded the Pattern so it might be recognized by others.
I am trying to make the obvious MORE obvious by following a binary vector CERTAIN system.
On this long we are now up another 3 1/2 points since bar 46. Anyone can tab the take for the day.
As requested making 1,000 a day comes down to just trading several contracts. but I do more contracts per account and
I approach the limit NFA sets for POA's on accounts. I am a retail amateur trader.
