Why Is The Obvious Not So Obvious?

Then it slowly dawned on me that markets are random and trading is gambling. So I decided to be the house instead of the walk in gambler. I started selling options instead of buying them.

That also worked and not worked based on what market was doing and left me even more confused :(

I came across this thread a year back and did delight me that there are people who thing 'strangely'.

Now I read it again, along with others, and have a new found appreciation of trading aka gambling.

I am a dumbass know nothing myself, to paraphrase another member who is not part of TFF :D

At first glance they all seem the same.

Then there is elite34s and Socrates on T2W - not credible to me though, and how many more strange ones???

well ML..maybe u can teach A28 a bit about real trading:D

some live calls..huh..well..it is what u do with the live calls that matter..and also where you put the money!

there is currently a better grid to gamble on..but u need balls of steel and must like pizzas:D

it is no surprise you had a "options expert" take your money..but..always remember..there is only one real expert..and that is..The Expert..member of TFF :D

as for all the sophisticated analysis software..save ur money and keep it for placing low risk / high probability trades..but..in order to do that..u must of course be able to see and act..no good doing one without the other..is it!!!!

when i saw A28's first post..i thought he might be waking up a bit..but alas..it took very little for him to go back to sleep again :D
