Why Is The Obvious Not So Obvious?

Quote from Redneck trader:

One thing I would like to add if i may (I had a thought)

I've shared my views on changing my internal wiring - for whatever that may be worth..

Now a few things I would like to make clear with regard to trading

It only matters what you do - not what you think

There is a big difference between knowing that path, and walking it!

It's about making money

And nothing else!

It's gambling

100% :D

There are no experts

That is for sure, but for some silly reason many think that there are:eek:

Back to figuring out the obvious:D

nysestocks,

Breathtakingly brilliant video.

Here's a similar one you'd appreciate:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USlnfTGlhXc&feature=related

"Be Water, My Friend."
- Bruce Lee.

Very good MF :)

I like Bruce, he spent a year (I think?) strapped in a cartwheel, as some idiot broke his back with a kick as he was leaving the ring, after Bruce beating him fair and square of course:D

When he returned, he was better than ever:D

I remember the day he died, I can still see the headline in the news paper - long time ago:(

I have some nice photos as well, just took them today - will upload later on, as they also tell a story, but the video is of course better, as there is "action":D

Not the door I decided to open, RN.

Throughout History, (Oh No!, here he goes again:D ) we have seen that "something big" does just not come out of nowhere!

People get on, when and only when, they;

_ _ _ t

_ _

_ _ _ h

_ _ _ e

_ _ _ _ _ d

toward

_ _ _ _ _ e

escape

so far so good??

Yes there is. It is the basic tenet of the OP. The fact that nobody knows anything.

Not exactly RM.

At this stage it is better to be a bit more specific!

Of course people know something, if not they would be non-existent!

The big problem is that, the majority think that they know something of value, when the reality, is that don't even bother to spend some time to "validate" the information!

Who is to blame, you say?

I say our Educators, and "what is the reason" you ask?

Simple - "dint of the lash > asses layden with books":D

History is a great Educator - but one must go to the facts of History, not the silly Phd "opinions" - as, they usually go with "one" or the "other" - and "never the twain shall meet":D

Meaning

Two things which are so different as to have no opportunity to unite.

Just MHO, of course!

Nope RN:D

You really do like these "puxxles":D

It is not easy, as it is from personal experience, and it is always hard to get into the mind of someone else!

Try the SQ3R method, it is a brilliant study technique that can also help in solving things!

It can be amazing to see how it forces the mind to "focus"!
