Why Is The Obvious Not So Obvious?

You are a liar… You posted you had it.., no longer required this thread, and would not be returning

That you returned – big whoop…

That you lied…

And started spewing bullshit to boot

Traders may be some of the best bullshitters around – but the truth is more precious than money (or anything)

May you never learn that

btw - I see the obvious has not been lost on you :p

I haven't "got" anything. I'm not profitable yet. I never said I wouldn't be returning. I enjoy reading this thread (regardless of who The Oracle & NYSEStocks are).

I'm not sure if what I posted came out exactly as it was organized in my head. :)

I didn't mean anything as an insult or bullshit. It's just that all these threads say to question everything & don't trust anyone especially on the internet.

So the wheels in my head started spinning wondering who all these people were that have posted for years about similar topics under similar names who all claim to be associated with one another.

It's just weird.

They could be a group of traders who are seriously trying to help others, or it could be something else. I have no clue. I was just asking.

So if you "strange" people are just trying to help, then thank you. If you're not, then so be it.

RN my cynic comment was disguised too well huh?
I must add my appologies for my spelling, it is my second language after all.

Yep - called being objective

I don't place undue influence/ opinion on any thing my eyes take in (to the best of my ability anyway)

You we're cynical... I took it literally

Which of us is the worse for doing so (rhetorical)

(eta Monday thru Friday I shove my opinion up my ass)

the worst thing any trader can do is listen to others..take advice from others..look up to others..etc..etc..etc..how many fukin times do we have to say it

now..for those with any brains..wake the fuk up..and read what is written..draw ur own conclusions..and if useful..use it and see if it helps u..if not drop it like a ton of bricks and move on

as for fishing..that is a real joke:D

there are about 5 posters on this site who know what trading is all about..the rest..well..do not know..simple as that

it is not that hard to see who the 5 are..if u stop and think about what is written

so..i would advise anyone who is not gaining any advantage from this thread to move on..as if u are not..then the odds are trading is not for u..and u might be better off doing something else..or trying to find someone who will SHOW YOU how to trade:)

i was asked who TFF are..well..look up enid blyton and u will find out:)

fwiw..if i had not frequented forums in the past i would have never progressed as i did..as i met some good people who had some good knowledge about trading..and..as usual they were ridiclued and laughed at..but that did not bother me..as i looked deep into what they were saying..and i knew they knew what they were talking about..so..i fuked everyone else and just concentrated on those who knew..and that is how i learned what i know..after years of wasting time on fuk heads and bullshit artists who were happy to take my hard earned money

so..the choice is yours..always has been..always will be

Hi Jack,

I am reading some of your old posts and I have some questions regarding the lissajous pattern ("Figure 8").

1. I believe the lissajous pattern is for making entry/exit/reverse decisions, so it is useful for identifying FTT. Is it something you are still using, or is it superseded by something else?

2. If I am using lissajous pattern (dP/dt for y axis, dV/dt for x axis) with 16 cells. i.e. 4 cells for the trading fractal, within each cell, 4 cells are created for the faster fractal. Is it the best I can do for getting trading fractal change signal? Assuming finer tools like DOM, STR/SQU, OTR are not used.

I am still unable to get consistency in identifying FTT. Sometimes, I spot FTT too early, sometimes, I spot FTT too late.

Any help or pointer is appreciated.

Thanks and Regards

PS Sorry for OT.

Yes the 16 cells are quite sensitive to the path.

Come to a place and mak a dot there. Where you came from is a circle drawn around the dot. If by chance there is a repeated dwell time, just add an outer concentric circle.

As you "read" the paths, you discover the parts of trends and when they end, overlap and end their overlap.

As your account(s) grow, you enter into the world of market capacity. Staying under the radar, is probably not a big deal unless you attract those who are viscious ne'r-don't wells. So stay out of their ways, in the first place.

I go to a partial fill strategy that uses what you now see as a period where there is a beginning and ending of a trading time. In that interval you must crowd in all your partial fills and remamber you are also reversing.

The 16 panes will serve you well since you are now seeing the attachments of small figure eights to slower all encompassing carriers of the small figure eights. I use double lines for the big panes and four Jokari's whithin each quadrant.
