why is the media so left?

Hi guys,

I am from Russia and red the first post in this thread which inquired why there is so much "leftism" in your media.

My reply it seems to be a kind of balance againts "right" goverment. And your academic circles also seem to be "lefter"

Public opinion of intellegence and relatively free media also tend to be left in our country.
 
Left in America means:
Pro abortion
Anti Capital punishment
extreme environmentialist
Global Warming(do as I say (Al Gore) not as I do)
Vegetarianism (we must not kill any animals except human babies)
feminism (except for conservative women)
Pro first amendment (except parts they don't like)
Anti Second amendment (Would rather the govt protect us)
Socialism
unions (a conservative member of a Union is shunned)
More govt control over normal parts of peoples lives
Black ( black conservatives are shunned)
academia
etc

Exactly. the right found a different way to get their message out by using a "new' old media, but there are actually a few black conservative radio talk show personalities.
Whats the cracker comment??? black speak for the N word about whites????
