From a long term perspective, it's all just post recession/ pre-crisis.

We are just waiting for the next round of cuts/stimulus. Check out the charts from 2008. This or next year just might be the big breakout.

I personally feel that there is a lack of volatility. Well, back to one minute scalping until the bigger moves pick up.
