Why is the Interactive brokers S&P500 cfd down?

Anyone know why the Interactive brokers' S&P500 cfd is down?
I am not at my desk at the moment, but I can't see anything on the IB app.

I got this bulletin:"To IBCFDMS traders: Mon Sep 21 10:19:35 2020 EST US Index CFDs are currently unavailable for trading."
Rather cryptic.

Should be resolved and available by now. But the time link has to be wrong unless you are posting from the future. Currently it is 5 AM on Sept 21 in NY.

In his case it would be E=European S=Summer T=Time. 5 hours ahead of Eastern Daylight Time.

Aha - one day I'll check then if we truncate that from CEST or MEST etc. thanks
