From $18 to $90 in 6 weeks! Sheesh.
Got some volume to it, too.
Solars dropped today, probably great time to exit swings if in (not a recommendation).
Right re big run JKS.
Now I'm looking for swing CGC if it gets over 21

Here's a notion....
I'm not good at chasing big moves... I don't have FOMO. I'd rather buy cheap or relatively cheap... and at least at technical support.
I've had the notion of buying pot stocks when the market has a big swoon like in 2008-2009, as pot stocks may be selling for "pennies"... you know, like Citi did in 2009. (Can you imagine a money-center bank like Citi selling for <$1?).
Solar could be a major thing to invest in after a big bear market. Whether one chases FOMO now or puts it on the "back-burner radar" to perhaps buy later, looks like solar should be on the watch list.
Now as to JKS.... While some traders poo-poo "Fibonacci retracements", I'm not one of them. Just in case there is a "Fib" in this one, it could be a good idea to make a play on it. See chart.

Years ago when I traded commodity futures, one of the "10 Commandments of Trading" was to "buy the 50% retracement". Still true today. Same applies to stocks as well.
The "50% Fibonacci retracement" I refer to as just "The Fib". It's not only "50%", but a range from a bit less than 50% to a bit more than 62%. So in this case, from ~ $55 to ~$45... if given the chance.
FWIW...
Excellent points, right re 50% mean reversion/fib pivots one of the best plays... right re no chasing
Story all along.... regardless of the "eco appeal" of solar, it wasn't economically viable... as its cost was still greater than fossil fuel sources, including natgas. Perhaps that's changing?? If that's the case, solar will be a HUGE winner for the next 10 years and perhaps beyond.
I wouldn’t like to be long an etf stuffed with oil companies. Battery cars and solar power will kill them.
Well, like any other trade... you can play ANYTHING with a stop.
Battery cars

Speaking of battery cars....
There is a Japanese car maker that makes an electric job that will go 0-60 MPH in 1.69 seconds*! Are you serious? (How do they get enough traction to overcome the mass inertia?) I once rode in a friend's Porsche... a 0-60 job in ~3.5 seconds. That felt like a rocket sled ride. This Japanese supercar must be like being shot out of a howitzer!!
* For a mere $3.2 MM, you can have one of your own.
The Tesla roadster will do 0-60 in 1.9 seconds for $200,000. Apparently you really feel it in your eyes.
