why is 'RunAs' appearing - XP PRO and MT4 ?

this menu started appearing recently and only when I start MetaTrader 4 programs

why would it appear, and how do I get rid of it ?

Because with build 500+, MetaQuotes wants to push updates to you automatically without your intervention every time you start the terminal. IE, no more update manager to run separately...

I can't decide if this is a good thing or not. Half the stuff MQ's been adding I like, the other half pisses me right off (as it relates to their abuse of platform dominance.)

how did you discover that's what MetaQuotes has done ?
I don't notice any difference between updates, what's the stuff MQ's added you like ?
what's the stuff MQ's added you don't like ?
