Why is it such a hassle to get a demo of ButtonTrader?

No yahoo email? 2 days to receive a password?

WTH?

It's ridiculous. Plus you have to give them your IB account name?

I am supposed to go buy another email just to get this thing setup? What gives?
 
I just want to say that I got in touch with Robert at ButtonTrader and he was awesome. He let my yahoo.com email go through, explained that it was an old policy and not meant to discriminate against poor fellows without permanent email addresses and then proceeded to give me a demo password minutes later.

This level of astounding service and customer response has earned him a long time customer. The software of course sells itself. Thanks again ButtonTrader!
