Why is gold doing so shitty?

Ahhh...I think you're just scared of facing reality. So old yet you haven't learned anything

You just come up with that?! All by your lonesome, too?!! Ha! Ha! Ha! Well, at least I’m not the one who thinks he’s rich but apparently doesn’t have any real wealth.

COME ON! Gimme all you got!!! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Well...I guess now that you completely went off topic after realizing that you're out of facts to win a pissing contest, my work is done here.

Here is a picture of Gold vs the S&P500 since the GFC as your consolation prize:

Looks like you're proving my point

Keep telling yourself whatever you need to. I realize 74% of your generation is functionally illiterate so I’m not going to waste anymore time on you kid. You won! Now piss off back to your mom’s basement.

I think what Mr. Muppet is saying is that the past is the past, and not the future. When it comes to investing in gold, which has no dividend, vs. SP which does, your money might have been better served sitting in the SP stuff.

And aside from that, for the past few years, gold has been floating between what...1600 and 2000 at a peak, but has been floating around the 1700-1900 level for a couple years? So it is in a range. The SP has been much more upwardly mobile. Until this year that is, hehe.

I dunno'.
