Between all new Obama and Cuomo taxes I now pay 58% of my income in taxes, my rent is $6k per month for a small box. There are no jobs left as the regulation are moving them over seas.....Socialism is great until you run out of other people's money.

that is the root of the problem. All these jobs are movable, however because of that quality suffers. And because of poor quality not competitive on global scale.

Why would people stay, some of the highest income and property taxes I have heard of. CA's high income tax combined with TX's high property taxes. Double whammy no thanks.

Throw in crime and you have a trifecta. No thanks.

Visit sure live no thanks.

10.9% unemployment rate as of July.
Crime rate is 2.78 times the national average.
Population has declined a little since 2005.
