Just as you don't think it is wise to elect Obama because he has issues,i don't think think it is wise to vote for mccain due to his issues.Mccain is a angry angry man who was tortured for years.Most POW'S have serious psychological issues beneath the surface. Mccain has expressed a very very aggressive foreign policy stance time and time again.he has made threats towards Russia,china,Korea,Iran etc

If Mccain dies we have a women who went to a church to have a pastor bless her from witchcraft ,thinks she can deal with Russia because she lives next to them and her husband was part of a group that wanted Alaska's Independence from the US

You're making [several] really great points here.

Ultimately we are all to some degree products of our environment, and that environment produces different experiences which to some degree shape our psychological makeup.

Obama does have race issues ... will those issues interfere with his ability to function as President of the United States?

That, I think is perhaps THE BIGGEST QUESTION which is currently facing the white constituency which is trying to put in him the Oval Office.

BTW, I think all of us are "for" Obama here, thanks for the conversation amongst sane, rational men. Not some of the more "luantic fringe" that populates ET and calls it home.

We all have race issues to some extent. I bet mccain (being as old as he is) had some very anti-black thoughts and feelings in his life as well. Every white person has at some point blamed black people for something, every black person has blamed white people for something else. We all have it in us. We simply put it in its place and do not act on it.

If the U.S. continues to RAISE FEDERAL TAXES-Alaska is going to secede. Period. Do you think some young guy freezing his ass off making 2k a week as a fisherman or oil worker is going to SERF half his paycheck so his hard earned money can subsidize an unproductive goverment worker in D.C? A place he's never even visited? These Obama/Democrat leftests are in the LAST CENTURY. Big Brother is the last man in government standing. The bigger they are the harder they fall.

Even liberal Californians are questioning the whole Federal tax gig. Their state and local governments are broke yet Washington SUCKS every extra penny from them. They've had it. If California taxed at Federal rates they'd be in paradise. Instead the richest state in the nation is on fiscal life support. Obama in turn wants MORE of their money for NATIONAL policies. Good luck making that happen.

I'd like to see which quote you feel was racist rather than the more general discussion of right/left as defined in someone else's head.
