Why hosting right wing extremism and those who spread hate on a daily basis?

Not that many years ago liberals used to fight for free speech (see the "Free Speech Movement" founded at Berkeley in 1964-65). Now when they don't like what someone else says they try to shut it down, support arresting them, block speakers on college campuses, ban people on twitter, restrict news articles on Facebook, etc.

Freedom of speech should not be guaranteed when the truth is perverted and individuals look to spread hated towards others whom they accuse of crimes not committed. When will this stop? It happens every single day in the politics forums. Are you still looking to run a trading related website or is this a new breeding ground for Nazis and those who want to hate? If you look at many individuals in those politics forums, especially those with an extremist right wing agenda, you will find that such individuals hardly ever contributed or posted anything trading related.

I laud your business enthusiasm but I would say shame on you if you favor click counts and ad dollars over limiting free wheeling extremism and hate speech. I do not think it is an excuse to close your eyes to extremism and hate speech by arguing that trading related and politics forums are divided and hence it does not matter.

Can you at least consider whether you knowingly continue to tolerate the spreading of hate and falsifying of facts or whether something can potentially be done about that? I think it would be important for your users to know as they also have a right to make up their mind whether this site is still a place they feel comfortable spending part of their free time.

This is a absolutely priceless.:D Just some weeks ago I tried to have a reasonable discussion with you and you kept referring to me as "my kind". You failed to describe what you meant by that definition. Now you cry to the arbiter of free speech. Whatever country you live in, please stay there. Unless I have been mistaken, Baron has made it very clear to stay away from PR if easily offended. Did you fail to understand that in your infinite intelligence?

It's been revealed in just the last few days in national publications that leading media leftists have said 'we can't let a white boy win', 'white people need to get to the back of the protest march', etc etc.

Those things are what they call justice and when someone on the right says that blacks commit a huge proportion of the violent crimes in this country, that's denounced as hate speech.
I've never been able to figure out if they're just spouting rhetoric or they are nuts.

All you have to do is read some of the posts by Trendlover, Nine Ender and Conduit to get your answer...Apparently, they lack self-awareness.
 
When did America become so vagy. Plenty of offensive things on this site, I just ignore them rather than cry to Daddy. Freedom of speech means nothing in an online forum of a private company so the 1st amendment is not even relevant.

Any breathing colostomy bag can hire a lawyer to sue for anything, does not mean it is valid or someone should be pussified over a threat of a lawsuit.

If your feelings are hurt by what someone posts, check to see if you misplaced your balls and just ignore the post.
