Hillary is probably only candidate right or left that won't have to take several yrs learning on-the-job. She's up to speed now. Her husband is a former president you know?

Yes, but they have solid experience in the Executive Branch of the government rather than spending hours debating nonsense in Congress while refusing to accept responsibility.
I was just pointing out that, whatever you may think of her politics, Clinton is by far the best prepared to take office. By their account, as governors they weren't slouches, but then neither was O'Malley. I think Clinton's credentials (and policy positions) will carry the day.
