Why highly intelligent people are NOT happy.

anyhow my point is ... how fucking stupid people are ... and how they waste their and your life for no fucking good reason ...

a good percent of the problems in the US ... cheap feelings like love ... (as evidence of people desiring to find love; fucked up movies like Titanic, Disney shit, and crap like that earn millions for just showing love crap) ... other fucked up feelings like confusion, bi-polar disorder, the desire to believe anything that gives them hope ... is all cause they don't get laid very often ... and all that goes back to shit like morals and ethics ... which don't even make sense ...

and the problem people who are a bit more intelligent than others have today is not that they can't build relationships with people or they can't be social ... actually there is no need to be ... why the fuck waste time on pathetic humans ... is that they don't have any slaves ... anyone to push around beat and abuse and force all the work and labor on ... and I kid you not ... believe me if the intelligent people of the society had slaves they wouldn't suffer so much ... and by the way some of them do have slaves ...

now I don't know in which category you fit ... but if you do find yourself intelligent I would say the cure to your problem would be the second ... now if you for some stupid reason feel for these pathetic humans then you could probably invest in the future of robots ... they could be your slaves ... just to keep you happy

Seems that way BUT all of the people aren't stupid all of the time. Personally, I believe in the law of attraction and if I find I'm constantly reading about stupid people, talking to stupid people or just plain bumping in to these "stupid" people, it's gotta be me and where I am and what I am doing that is causing this.

If everyone is stupid, step up to the plate, we need you to help them.

I think you can be highly intelligent and very stupid. Like if you don't see that you have an expiry date -one day you will be dead, gone, game over. Like if you don't see that happiness is more important than some of the things that challenge you intellectually, more important than the markets and money. Like if you don't see that friends are important to your success, even if they don't share exactly the same interests.

One problem in this society is that money has become the new god. Bill Gates and Buffet are like gods. Actually these guys are quite stupid in their own ways, I mean they could have stopped at 1 billion, buy a few pieces of paradise and spend the rest of their lifes doing their thing. Buffet doesn't know what to do with his time if not making money and working.

Lots of talks about the relation of IQ and Happiness. May I ask you guys what does IQ stand for already? I don't really know.

Perhaps, it stands for Interactive Quarrel as we have seen along in this thread. So high IQ mean having lots of quarrels then imply a lower social skills, and then low social skills mean unhappy.
 
Why don't you try blaming your unhappiness on you?

Attributing causation based on a correlation you've noticed in a population of one isn't terribly intelligent if you ask me.
